Our retreat will take place at the beautiful Tippys Cottage in Haliburton, Ontario. This stunning property sits right on beautiful Burnt River.

Our instructors create a gentle opening practice to invigorate body to start your day, and a relaxing meditative yoga flow for a restful night sleep
