She is also a dedicated cook at St. Jerome YMCA, blending her passion for wellness with nourishing meals. With a YRT certification since 2013 and over a decade of experience teaching yoga at both the YMCA and Hot Yoga Wellness, May empowers others to reconnect with their health through movement, mindful nutrition, and balanced living. She also holds Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all.
